Dain Blanton is the only volleyball player and coach to ever win an Olympic gold medal (2000 Sydney), National indoor championship as a player (Pepperdine,) AVP Championship and coach NCAA championship teams.  As the head coach of USC head beach volleyball coach he has led the Women of Troy to an unprecedented four consecutive NCAA titles in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. No other women’s teams at USC has ever won more than 2 NCAA titles in a row. Dain  has also broadcast beach volleyball for NBC at the last three Olympic games and has broadcast numerous AVP events.  He is is known as the top coach, recruiter and mentor in women’s beach volleyball.
