Jordan Sears is entering his second season as head coach of the Dallas Legends, the G-League affiliate of 2024 Western Conference Champion Mavericks. Coach Sears is well regarded in NBA circles for both his coaching and player development skills.  Prior to becoming HC of the Legends, Coach Sears was head video coordinator for the Mavs and a video coordinator and player development assistant for the Milwaukee Bucks, where he worked with Giannis Antetokoumpo and other Bucks stars during their NBA Championship run.  He started his career in college coaching  at St Johns where he also earned a Masters in Sports Management
