Quincy Pondexter immediately transitioned from a successful NBA career with the Memphis Grizzlies and New Orleans Hornets to coaching. After founding one of the most successful AAU programs in the United States while still playing, he is now an assistant coach with Univeristy of Southern California, after three seasons with his alma mater University of Washington.
